Deep Breaths a 50 Minute Restorative Yoga



A beautifully nourishing practice for mind, body, heart and soul. This 50 minute restorative yoga class will ease your mind as it melts away any places of tension or stress. Designed to meet you where you at your level this class is gentle and will fully support you through the use of props. I strongly recommend having two blocks, a blanket and a bolster for this particular practice so that you may fully feel the restorative effects.

Try to approach each practice with a fresh set of eyes and allow yourself to experience it as if it was the first time
