This 30 minute yoga class is filled with backbends, twists and hip opening postures this flow will wring out any stagnant energy and create space to breathe into. Take your time in each backbend making sure to enter in and exit the postures with mindfulness. As always move at whatever pace best suits you this day.
Try to approach each practice with a fresh set of eyes and allow yourself to experience it as if it was the first time
