Let Go a Lower Body Release

This quick 30 minute yoga flow to release aches and pains in the lower back, hips and legs. Have blocks and a blanket near by for your use during practice. Feel free to take additional time in any postures that may need it.

Try to approach each practice with a fresh set of eyes and allow yourself to experience it as if it was the first time
